The Future is Bright, Powered by Endeavour Energy

We recently had the privilege of partnering with Endeavour Energy to hold the second of our Future is Bright STEM & Trades Bootcamps for high school girls at Endeavour Energy’s Technical Training Centre in Prestons.

Students had the opportunity to meet and speak with members of the Endeavour Energy team working across a range of fields and hear from a panel of women in trades and STEM.

There was anticipation and excitement for the hands-on activities. Students learned about sustainability, Digital Twin, toured the training site and discussed the future of the energy industry through an interactive game. They also had the chance to try out virtual reality technology, climb a pole and test out their drone flying skills!

A highlight for us was seeing the students so engaged and the team taking the time to talk with the girls, answer questions and share their experiences.

It takes a great workplace culture to create an inclusive environment which is why we love the work Endeavour Energy is doing in this space, with their 2023 apprentice intake including an amazing 60% female recruits!
