In her current role at the Australian Multicultural Women’s Alliance she is advocating to influence outcomes for migrant and refugee women, and she’s also presented at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.

Living with Cushing’s disease following a 20 year journey to diagnosis, she turned personal challenges into advocacy, chairing the Australian Pituitary Foundation, fighting for treatments to be listed on the PBS.
