It all started when…

As part of the Women in Aviation Initiative, aimed at encouraging more women to pursue careers in all elements of the aviation sector, Western Sydney Women are proud to announce a three month mentoring program for girls and women interested in being a part of the aviation industry.

This initiative, by Federal Government, was designed to assist grassroots organisations such as Western Sydney Women to actively engage with girls and women across the region to better understand the wonderful career opportunities of the aviation sector.
